This ‘slow, flow, feel & know’ approach is rooted in Yoga Therapy, Nature Fitness, Oxygen Advantage Breath Coaching & Science, with influences from Feldenkrais & Alexander technique. Renature yourself physically, mentally & energetically to feel stronger & calmer, more integrated, flexible & vibrant!
Bring your mat. (some spare mats available for those who may not have a mat)
Further classes on Mondays cost £15 and last 1 hour 20 minutes each.
