Singing for Health

with Ruth Routledge

Singing for Health practitioner-researcher, Ruth Routledge, has recently moved to the area and is running two weekly singing groups at The Green Door Centre, on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons, based on the latest research demonstrating the health and wellbeing benefits of group singing. Sessions run on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.

These sessions will use techniques which have been demonstrated to be beneficial for heart health. They are gentle sessions using movement, breathing and voice exercises to support heart health.
