Join this Summer Solstice celebration, connecting to Mother Earth, our ancient rituals and energies through Meditation and Offerings. We will touch lightly on our usual themes of Meditation Practice through breathwork, but the main focus will be celebration of this special time of the year , 2 days before the actual Summer Solstice. All are welcome to join, beginners especially welcome. No previous experience needed, just an open mind and willingness to have some fun and enjoy some lovely energy with similar folk.
Anthony has been working with the Hamblin Trust for over two years. As a Reiki Healer and Teacher www.reikifuture.com and Spiritual Life Coach www.spirituallifecoachinguk.com, he focuses on practical spirituality, developing and teaching very real techniques for combining our spiritual interests with the challenges of everyday life, e.g. meditation. Anthony began exploring meditation over 30 years ago, with a few challenges at the start. He now believes that the power of meditation is the key to creating improved lives and bring genuine and needed relaxation and positive reflection into our everyday lives.
